As an addendum to the below, I ended up sitting on this for too long to actually send my letter, but the lesson shouldn't go to waste! (Though, if they ever mail us again, you had better bet it is getting sent out). While on this topic, there is a window to send your complaint. The longer you wait, the less people will care. So don't make the same mistake I did and strike while the iron is hot!

So, instead, I just tagged their official Instagram. Consider that a level below level 1 in the spectrum on picture number 8. Maybe it will get to their marketing department that way. Who knows?
